Value chain by Porter

With the Porter value chain, the activities of an (insurance) company can be subdivided in a structured form. A distinction is made between primary and secondary value-added activities of an insurance company.

The chart below visualizes what we consider to be the most relevant value creation activities according to which companies can be clustered in our start-up radar. By clicking on one of the activities, we list all companies that meet this selection criterion. By clicking on "Risk Bearing" you will get a list of all start-ups that bear the risk themselves. The respective company logo takes you to the complete company portrait, which provides you with all important information about the company.
